Vinification:
The harvest is done manually with foot treading in refrigerated vats. Process for the control of the yeast, making rich in tannins and skins pigments are used in fermentation and fundamental to create wines with good color. The good quality of the grapes is an essential condition for developing quality wines, but not the only one.
