Ripe berries, with notes of cistus and spices, and slight floral notes

Very complex and elegant, with fine tannins and soft and good mouth volume, which makes it very gourmet

Conservation:

Manual harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed immediately, the grapes are fermented by varieties ato keep the grapes more rigorous. The Fermentation is done in stainless steel vats of small capacity, with temperatures around 28ºC.
