Vinification:
At their ideal point of maturity, grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and submitted to prolonged fermentation on skins in stainless-steel vats. Following fermentation, the wine was matured in French-oak barrels for a period of 6-8 months. Following its bottling in July 2012, the wine continued to mature in-bottle for a further 7 months before its release in February 2013. 13,000 bottles were produced in total.

An intense aroma, dominated by mature red fruit with notes of oak wood, which maintains its strength over time

In the mouth it stands out for its balance between a velvety feel and an elegant acidity, guaranteeing its suitability as a fine gastronomic accompaniment
