Vinification:

Grapes Arinto , from plots of vineyards of Quinta da Romeira selected for this brand , are in the middle of soil slope with exposure to the South . The harvest is done in 20kg boxes and the grapes are transported to the winery where they are de-stemmed and subjected to peel and gentle maceration pressing, in a pneumatic press , making the deviation of the musts end grips. Proceeds then the decantation of the musts for 48 h , and after this phase , starts the fermentation in tanks.

Tasting Notes:

The White wine Arinto Quinta da Romeira , is a delicate and fresh wine, crystalline aspect , color citrus straw, with emphasis on aroma for floral perfumes , fruity , intense and distinct, very well combined. In flavour , we feel minerality and volume , based on a clear acidity, but well integrated , accentuating freshness and persistences. It is a firm and sober Wine integrated line .
