Ageing:
Aged about 18 months on the lees in the bottle which was the 2nd fermentation , before the " degorgement " who was executed in October 2014 .
Vinification:
Drawn from the grape variety Arinto , fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature hovering 16 ° C. After the end of fermentation , the obtained base wine aged about 3 months in stainless steel tanks , after which it was bottled and subjected to the second fermentation according to the classical method or " Champenois " .
Tasting Notes:
This sparkling wine , made by the classical method , combines in itself all the elegance and complexity that the Arinto grape , born on the slopes of Bucelas ,usually offers . It has a citrus color and a nose which arise mineral and citrus notes with slight toast in a very harmonious whole , inviting to be drunk . In the mouth it is smooth and fresh with fine and very well integrated foam, with a lively acidity and involved by volume , finishing complex and pure.
