About:
The grapes are sourced from very old vines with 100 years of age and with predominant exposure East and East - South. Vineyards are planted on traditional terraces of schistous soils.

18 months in 400 litre new French oak barrels
Vinification:
Grapes are hand picked and transported to the winery in small plastic crates. A manual triage was undertaken before the grapes being de-stemmed and gently crushed. The fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled.
Aroma:
Strong presence of wild well-ripe red berries combined with spices and floral notes
Tasting Notes:
All harmoniously integrated with excellent-quality oak. The palate displays remarkable structure and balance, fine acidity and silky tannins. It is an elegant and age-worthy wine with a persistent, lingering aftertaste.
