Vinification:

From manual harvesting of Arinto grapes that were destemmed and gently crushed, was followed by a process of decanting and fermentation of grape musts on thermal control during 20 days

Tasting Notes:

Prova Régia is made from Arinto grapes, giving it a bright citrus color. Fresh floral notes and fruity aromas. In the mouth a deep mineral freshness stands out giving it a crisp character.
