Vinification:

Wine Chardonnay Principium - Arinto , is a wine from grapes of Quinta da Romeira , and a selected Vineyard in the Lisbon region . Has a delicated process of fermentation , which seeks to limit leverage the aromas and flavors as individuals these two varieties , which when properly combined, make the wine full of surprising liking.

Tasting Notes:

Wine with crystalline appearance, color citrine straw, very firm and still very fresh, floral aromas, fruity and slight minerality. Shows smooth flavor, and with some volume, supported by acidity, that is very well integrated and therefore unnoticed. A wine with great harmony, which gives it great balance. Have brightness, is attractive and elegant radiating a contagious energy.
