Vinification:
This White is made from a blend of traditional Douro white grapes picked by hand in mid- September. The grapes are destemmed and crushed and make a short skin maceration before pressing. The alcoholic fermentation is made on a vat with strict control of temperature. Depending on the grapes, fermentation takes about 3-4 days being interrupted by the addition wine brandy to get the desired sweetness.
Aroma:
Very intense and fresh in aroma , floral with fruity notes such as peach, apricot and tangerine
Tasting Notes:
On the mouth the wine is sweet and soft, balanced and vividly given by the characteristic acidity of the grapes from the plateau of Favaios
