Vinification:

Over ripe grapes harvested in October were gently pressed and the must was fermented at 12ºC. Upon reaching 10% of alcohol the temperature was lowered to 0ºC and the fermentation was stopped.

Ripe tropical fruit and orange marmalad

Tasting Notes:

Bodied, conrming the fruit aroma, with an attractive freshness sensation
