From our reserves of São Domingos Very Old Spirit we have selected 6 barrels we bottled in porcelain vases numbered from 1 to 5.000. The aging process of this particular batch occurred in our cellars in 20 Limousin oak barrels. We later selected the 6 which presented better characteristics and proceeded to the bottling in these distinct containers.

Good complexity in mouth, full of character given by the quality wood notes very soft and long final
