The wine is then aged in wooden casks or barrels, after which the final blend i produced by mixing various vintages with an average age of approximately 4 years
Vinification:
After reception and quality control of the grapes they are destemmed, crushed and placed in the fermentation vat. Alcoholic fermentation then begins, and takes place with intensive skin maceration, always at a controlled temperature This lasts for around 3 days before being interrupted by adding wine brandy. The resulting sweet wine is then subjected to oxidative ageing with successive rackings, developing a rich and complex bouquet.

A delicate aroma with notes of dried fruit and wood
