Vinification:
In years of great quality, the best grapes are selected and fermented for around 5 days. Fermentation is then interrupted by adding wine brandy, resulting in a number of blends.

This wine presents many aromas typical of the variety, with hints of raisins and tangerine.
Tasting Notes:
A sweet but elegant flavour, with glycerine and a sull body.
