Vinification:
Destalk of grapes, crashing and fermentation at 22-23 ºC for 10 days. Ageing in new barrels of French Oak for six months. Ageing in bottle since March 2009.

Fruity and floury aroma with discrete notes to wood
Tasting Notes:
Soft, full body and nice end. Good complexity.
