About:
Dry White and Lágrima have both a white colour but differ in sweetness. The first is officially classified as dry (inspite of having a relatively small amount of residual sugar), the latter is very sweet. Krohn's Dry White Port (Silver Medal, International Wine Challenge 2006; Bronze Medal, Decanter World Wine Awards 2009) is a blend of old white Ports, which makes it taste rather differently (more complexity) from the current dry white Ports. Both are excellent apéritifs, to be served chilled.
