Vinification:

Wine made with red grapes, but with the must immediately separated from the skins, so that skin contact is mini-mised and a pink coloured wine is obtained. After decanting the must ferments at low temperatures in order to optimise the aromas of the wine. The fermentation is stopped with the addition of wine spirit to preserve the aromas.

Tasting Notes:

It shows a good acidity, with a harmonious finish full of rich flavors of red fruit (currants, raspberries and cherries), making it unique and distinctive in all respects with its vibrant color
