Vinification:

Total destemming of selected grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Prolonged maceration.

Wild berries aroma, with a hint of vanilla and other spices obtained from the ageing in barrels

Tasting Notes:

Great volume in the mouth and elegant structure, making the wine smooth and very attractive. Long finish with notes of fruit and spices.
