Vinification:
Selected grapes from the better exposed slopes. Separate vinification of the varieties. Fully destemmed and crushing, pre-fermetation cold maceration during 5 days. The final fermentation occurred at 25ºC during 7 days, with soft daily pumping over. ?Cuvaison? for 3 weeks. Ageing in French Oak barrels for 11 months.
Tasting Notes:
Red ruby wine, with great colour intensity. Notes of red fruits with intense aroma, well balanced with spicy and vanilla hints. In the mouth is powerful, with smooth but firm tannins, anticipating a long and persistent finishing.
