Vinification:
Selected grapes from the better exposed plots. Separate vinification of the varieties. Fully destemmed and crushing, pre-fermetation cold maceration during 5 days. The final fermentation occurred at 25ºC during 7 days, with daily pumping over. ?Cuvaison? for 3 weeks. Ageing in french Oak barrels for 6 months. Natural stabilization.
Tasting Notes:
Red ruby wine with ripe red berries and nuts aroma. In the mouth is fresh, good structure and light tannins, smooth and silky finish
