About:
The grapes are sourced from vines with 40 years of age and with predominant exposure East and East-South. Vineyards are planted on traditional terraces and small landings of schist soils.

Vinification:
Grapes are hand picked and transported to the winery in small plastic crates. A manual triage was undertaken before the grapes being de-stemmed and gently crushed. The fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled.
Tasting Notes:
It is a red wine with an intense vibrant colour. Very fine and complex nose, combining ripe red fruits with floral notes, well integrated wood and a rich spicy finish. On the palate is fresh, elegant, well-balanced, with an excellent structure and a great length of finish.
