Hand picked grapes at short distance from winery. Immediately destemmed and crushed to capture fresh aromas. Initial skin fermentation for colour improvement. Low temperature fermentation.

Aroma:

Fresh and young aromas. Strawberries and raspberries crushed into currant with generous lime drops.
