Ageing:
Ageing in French oak barrels in their second year of use for 12 months. The wine is then filtered and bottled, and aged in the bottle for around 3 months before being sold.
Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for a period of 10 days with skin maceration at approximately 27ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation occurs also in stainless steel vats
Tasting Notes:
Polished and engaging tannins complete a well balanced end
